Yes, this is a cheap Microsoft themed website, but I cannot for the life of me design a decent web page. This is the home of the Phantasy Star Worldbook for the Returner Final Fantasy RPG. For now, all I’ve got is the skeleton of the site, but given time, it shall improve drastically. You can get the Worldbook below, at the link. Be sure to have word 2000, else it won’t work.(I am planning to convert the worldbook to a Rich Text format and possibly pdf, if I can find me a copy of Adobe Acrobat complete)
